Parker is perhaps best known for her starring role as “Alma Garrett” in David Milch’s acclaimed HBO series Deadwood, and for playing Jackie Sharp in House of Cards opposite Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright for Netflix. In other recent television roles, she starred in Swingtown on CBS and The Firm on NBC. Memorable characters also include Lisa Marshall on Showtime's Dexter and Rabbi Ari on HBO's Six Feet Under.
Molly made her feature film debut in Lynne Stopkewich's Kissed, for which she received a Genie Award for Best Actress. Upcoming, she will be seen starring in Errol Morris’s miniseries Wormwood opposite Peter Sarsgaard for Netflix, and the independent features Small Crimes opposite Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Josephine Decker's Movie No. 1 opposite Miranda July, and 1922 opposite Thomas Jane.
She recently wrapped her directorial debut Bird, starring Amanda Plummer.
