Ms. Janila was a music teacher of Will Robinson at the school he attended on Earth.
History[]
Will Robinson used a mysterious portal in a cave on the unknown planet to travel back in time to try to right a wrong created by his sister Penny's own time travel. He walked to his school to try to wait for her to head to the high school auditorium, but had the misfortune to encounter this teacher, who told him that he was late. He thought about running, but worried that this would affect the timeline by causing her to think he had ditched school. He told her that he had just ran back home to get something, to upload his slideshow for the day's science fair presentation. She asked if he was nervous and when he replied that he was a bit nervous, told him that he would do great.
She commented on his 24th Mission uniform, and he told her that he thought it might be cool to wear it to school. She commiserated with him on how she'd had an application in for two years and that with luck, she would get to be his music teacher on Alpha Centauri as well. She led him into the school office, saying that he could take it from there, and wished him luck on his science fair presentation.
